1. Professional Service Nature

Our services involve professional consultation, document verification, preparation, compliance management, and statutory filing. Significant time, expertise, and resources are invested once a service request is accepted.

2. No Refund After Commencement of Work

Once work has commenced on your assignment, no refund shall be permitted under any circumstances.

Work shall be deemed to have commenced upon the occurrence of any one of the following:

  • Receipt and review of your documents.

  • Allocation of your case to our professional team.

  • Consultation provided by our professionals.

  • Preparation of forms, applications, returns, or other documents.

  • Initiation of any filing process with a Government authority or statutory portal.

  • Any communication confirming that processing of your request has begun.

3. Cancellation Before Work Commences

A cancellation request may be considered only if:

  • The request is received before any work has commenced; and

  • No professional consultation, document verification, or processing has been undertaken.

Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, bank charges, and administrative expenses.

4. Government Fees

Government fees, statutory fees, taxes, stamp duty, filing charges, and third-party charges are non-refundable once paid to the respective authority.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

No refund shall be provided where:

  • The client provides incorrect, false, or misleading information.

  • Required documents are not submitted within the prescribed time.

  • The application or filing is rejected due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

  • The client becomes ineligible under applicable laws or Government regulations.

6. Delay by Government Authorities

LR Filing Services Private Limited shall not be responsible for delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by Government departments, statutory authorities, or regulatory bodies. Such events shall not entitle the client to any refund.

7. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, the excess amount paid will be refunded after verification.
